What We Are Looking For?
The successful UBuildIt candidate typically fits one of two molds. One is a successful builder looking for a great compliment to his existing business. Or perhaps, this builder is looking to utilize all of his experience and knowledge in such a way as to transition out of a hands-on involvement in construction. The second profile would be a successful entrepreneur or business manager looking for a business to grow and operate. We do require that the actual UBuildIt Construction Consultant have residential construction management experience.
